We buy vegetables and salad from Jaquelin, an organic farm right in the neighborhood. The salads are crispy fresh, the vegetables delicious
In this farm two villages away, pigs are bred, which are fed with their own grain and roam freely in forests and pastures. The species-appropriate and responsible husbandry is “tasty”
The Soubiren-Bauernhof organic farm breeds Mirandese cattle, black-footed pigs, poultry and rabbits. The animal feed is produced on the farm itself. Ancient cereals (wheat, mixed grains, corn, etc.) are also grown. The farm's own bakery produces natural sourdough bread from a wood-fired oven. The flour is ground in a separate stone mill on the farm.
