Since we are a small and individual house and every room and the 70s Tabbert are designed differently, we would like to draw your attention to a few points:
Reservation
Yours
reservation we accept in writing by email or via our booking platforms and confirm this to you. Your booking is only officially registered once you have confirmed it (acceptance of our terms and conditions), including your private address and telephone number.
We will be happy to note down your selection of a desired room at Château Lestéous. However, we cannot give a guarantee, as we have to take into account the entire booking situation in our small château.
Cancellation - travel cancellation insurance
To avoid inconvenience, we recommend
urgently the conclusion of a
travel cancellation insurance.
If you are unable to arrive, please
written Notification. First of all, we will of course try to re-rent so that you do not incur any cancellation costs; you may even find a replacement yourself.
If we are unable to re-let the room on time, we must charge cancellation fees as follows:
• free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival
• from 6 weeks before arrival 80% of the travel price
• Cancellation on the day of arrival, early departure or without cancellation, we allow ourselves to charge 100% of the total travel price.
We ask you to pay the difference between the deposit and the total cost of your trip at least one week before departure.
The final bill For additional services on site, you can pay in cash or via PayPal on the day of departure.

Check-in from 15:00
Check-out by 12:00.
If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know in advance.
pets
We love pets and have a Weimaraner dog, cats and chickens of our own. However, in order to avoid conflicts with other dogs and to offer all guests a peaceful stay, we have decided not to accept pets from guests.
non-smoking house
Château Lestéous, including Tabbert, is a
non-smoking house. In the event of a violation of these smoking guidelines, we reserve the right to charge an (additional) cleaning fee. This also applies to smoking in an open window.
Please be considerate of subsequent guests. We invite all smokers to smoke
only the spacious outdoor area to use.
Travel program/transferWe would like to offer you a perfect stay and offer you your guided day trips exclusively through our own company
Explore Occitanie on. We are happy to arrange your transfer from and to the airport or train station through local service providers.
These services are offered and charged separately and are not part of Château Lestéous's services — these are limited to renting out guest rooms including half board.
In any case, you get all services from a single source — for a relaxed travel experience.
